OIL PASTEL-Watercolor Resist

By painting watercolors over surfaces drawn with Cray-Pas, you can create distinctive watercolor resist effects. Since Cray-Pas is oil and wax based, the watercolors will "resist" mixing with it and you will achieve a unique characteristic resist effect
